Allied Medical Group consists of five orthopedic surgeons, a neurologist, and an
occupational medicine physician. The combined total experience of these specialists
amounts to over 120 years in private practice. The orthopedic physicians treat a
variety of musculoskeletal conditions and their specialties include sports medicine,
arthroscopic surgery, hand surgery, joint replacement surgery, spine surgery, as well
as fracture care and general orthopedics. Dr. Frisancho is the only physician

Dr. Frisancho was born and raised in Ann Arbor,
Michigan. Although he was proud to complete college,
medical school, and internship at the University of Michigan,
he desired to explore beyond the Midwest. Subsequently, he
completed orthopedic surgery residency in Los Angeles,
California, He then supplemented his exceptional training
with two fellowships in joint replacement surgery.
Dr. Frisancho practices general orthopaedics and has a
special interest in hip and knee joint replacement surgery.
He is the only surgeon in his group that is fellowship trained
in joint arthroplasty. His sub-specialty focus is less invasive
hip and knee replacements. He is also fully trained in
addressing the unique complications of joint arthroplasty. In
his practice he combines progressive techniques with proven
traditional methods to provide his patients with exceptional
orthopedic care.
